PA material is better than PP material in flame retardant and wear resistance; However, PP material has stronger bending fatigue resistance than PA material. Usually the opening can be inserted directly into the wire harness.

2: PVC pipe: Its function is similar to the bellows, mainly used for the bending branch of the wire harness, in order to make the wire smooth transition, that is because the PVC pipe flexibility and resistance to bending deformation is better, and PVC pipe is generally closed. The heat resistance temperature of PVC pipe is not high, generally below 80 ° C.

3: tape: its role is to tie, wear resistant, insulation, flame retardant, noise reduction, marking and so on in the wiring harness. Wiring tape is generally divided into three types: PVC tape, flannelette tape and duct tape. PVC tape has good wear resistance and flame retardant; The temperature resistance is about 80℃, the noise reduction is not good, and the price is cheaper. Velvet tape and duct tape are made of PET. Velvet tape has the best bandaging and noise reduction, and the temperature resistance is about 105℃; The wear resistance of the cloth tape is the best, and the temperature resistance is about 150℃. The common disadvantages of velvet tape and duct tape are poor flame retardant and expensive.
